In February of 2003 I was asked to create a series of drawings to facilitate the spirituality of the Lenten Journey at St. Joseph's Church in Seattle. Although I had done some of the same subjects in art work before, none of the styles or sizes fit together. I then set out to create 8 drawings in 3 days. Each drawing took approximately 3.75 hours. To me this was a test. Eventually, I will complete a set of drawings for meditation cards to celebrate all the seasons of the Christian calendar.
